Why are images from the PRO’s so much better than yours? It's the most asked question. The answer is simple, Post-Processing!
All images need to be processed. 50-years ago we used chemicals and a dark room. Today we use digital tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and LUMINAR AI.
Should you process your digital images? That's the million dollar question. The answer is...ABSOLUTELY!
Join us for a few relaxing days surrounded by Snowdonia and let us show you how easy it can be to reveal the drama in your landscape shots.
I (Simon) started my editing career back in 2006 while travelling through Peru and picked up a copy of Adobe's Photoshop. The program was overwhelming. Today I can edit an image from start to finish in just minutes. That’s what I want to share with you. Simple, clear and powerful editing tips that work.

This is a 3-day, 3-night inclusive group retreat. The weekend will be limited to just 12 people, to make sure that Lisa and I have enough time with each student.

✔️ How to blend images seamlessly.
✔️ Post-processing techniques to create atmosphere or drama. Orton effect, light bleeding, dodging.
✔️ Techniques to correctly sharpen images both globally (all the image) or locally (parts of an image).
✔️ How to prepare and export your images for the internet and social media so they look their best.

Sample Itinerary
Day 1
3:00 - Arrive at accommodation for meet and greet and a welcome drink
17:00 - A relaxed Q&A session in the main lounge focusing on post-processing basics and prep
19:00 - Locally prepared and sourced dinner is served at accomodation
21:00 - An evening drink enjoyed on the deck with watching Cader Idris close out the day (weather permitting)
Day 2
07:00 - Coffee enjoyed on the deck to kick start the day
08:00 - Breakfast and coffee is served in the main lounge
09:00 - Setup for our post processing tutorials and techniques
------- - regular breaks are taken through the day to break up the classes
19:30 - Locally prepared and sourced dinner is served at accomodation
20:30 - Kick back and relax in the lounge with a well deserved drink
Day 3
07:00 - Coffee enjoyed on the deck to kick start the day
08:00 - Breakfast and coffee is served in the main lounge
09:00 - Setup for our post processing tutorials and techniques
------- - regular breaks are taken through the day to break up the classes
19:00 - Locally prepared and sourced dinner is served at accomodation
20:00 - Head to the main lunge for casual image review and to kick back and relax
Day 4
07:00 - Coffee enjoyed on the deck to kick start the day
08:30 - Breakfast and coffee at accommodation
09:30 - Post-processing refresher session to review editing best practises, techniques, hints and tips
12:00 - Depart Accommodation
